Results of the latest Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR)

The last STAR was done during the autumn of 2019 with results published in April 2020.

The results are the weighted average Customer Service Index scores given by tenants in response to questions about their experiences of NPH services.  This is a new approach so the scores are not comparable to the results of previous surveys.
